Your NAME and PHONE NUMBER
A detailed DESCRIPTION of your tattoo idea (Color? Black and grey? feel free to attach a rough sketch if you have a very specific vision)
PHOTOS REFERENCES of images you like (these can be tattoos, artwork or just plain photos of the subject matter)
Approximate SIZE AND PLACEMENT of the tattoo (please attach a photo of the space if I will be working around other tattoos)
YOUR AVAILABILITY (My schedule is Monday - Friday and I do like to start bigger projects late morning/mid day)
If you are working with a BUDGET (I usually will be able to provide a rough estimate of how much the tattoo will cost so there are no surprises.)
